is a versatile, all-in-one piece of equipment that combines elements of pilates, yoga, and functional fitness.

MOTR provides full-body workouts for strength, balance, agility, as well as targeted training for upper body, lower body, and core.


We offer one-on-one private sessions for MOTR Pilates at the Santacruz studio.
