Rooted in the practice of Vipassana, I believe that when meditation and yoga are experienced together, they create a deeply transformative and nourishing journey inward.

My offerings are designed to guide you into states of stillness, awareness, and subtle connection. These include guided meditation, guided relaxation, sound meditation, sound bath meditation, trataka, mantra meditation, and yoga nidra, each held with intention and presence.

I also offer private, one-on-one pranayama sessions, intuitively tailored to your individual needs, along with immersive workshops where I share both the theory and the embodied practice of pranayama.
