The best time to start Prenatal yoga if you've never done it before is in the second trimester, after about 14 weeks.

Postnatal practice can be started post 6 weeks in case of vaginal delivery.

Learn how to rebuild your core strength safely and effectively – think pelvic floor, abdominal muscles, back and glutes.
